Level 3 full porting and polishing of a GM TPI base to match or exceed the aftermarket Accel or Edelbrock TPI bases

In 1985 the factory TPI base was designed for a 305 and 305 heads, this is the SAME intake used on all 85-92 tuned port injection engines. All 350 TPI L98's from 85-92 with 128, 113, or 083 heads are 1204 ports or 1.98 x 1.22 length x width. The factory TPI intake manifold base ports are much smaller, this is one of the reasons why the TPI on 350 L98s don't produce much power and fall flat. This port job not only is gasket matched to the cylinder head but the WHOLE port is reworked, it is now much taller to allow a better angle into the head, the port it self is reworked and straighten making the line of sight much better. The entries where the runners bolt to are very small and poorly contoured from the factory this port job opens them up to the large 146 large tube runner gasket not even the aftermarket Edelbrock base is matched like this, the WHOLE runner maintains this size. ALOT of material gets removed with this process almost 3 lbs of aluminum is removed from the intake's total weight. Can port to your desire, standard size is 1204 to the head and 1.66 on the runner entries, can go to as big as 1205 without welding.
